Jewison & Huffman Play An "Accordion"

LA.com reports that "Moonstruck" director Norman Jewison and scribe John Patrick Shanley are re-teaming for a new romantic comedy "The Accordion."

Based on the Italian film "Bread and Tulips", Jewison confirms that Felicity Huffman ("Desperate Housewives") is keen on participating in the film about a married woman who has really never seen anything or had a chance to be on her own.

She soon gets stranded in the South on a golf tour and ends up alone, but the experience soon changes her life.

The original Venice setting of the film has been changed to New Orleans post-Katrina.
